Kent Autistic Trust: Offers information and support for autism diagnosis and the local area.

NHS | Kent Community Health: Provides adult autism triage and keyworker services, as well as support for referrals.

Advocacy for all: Offers online and in-person support, and can be referred to by yourself or a GP, before or after a diagnosis. You can contact them at 03453 101 812 or via email at Referrals@advocacyforall.org.uk.

National Autistic Society (NAS): Provides valuable support and can be contacted through their helpline on 0845 070 4004 (Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 4.00 pm) or via their website.

Your local council: They offer various levels of support and financial benefits based on individual circumstances. They may offer a Care Act Assessment

Colleges and universities: Seek assistance from student support services.

Work: Discuss your needs with your manager and HR. You can get a letter following a confirmed diagnosis suggesting reasonable adjustments are made.

Community Support
In Tunbridge Wells, individuals experiencing a mental health crisis can access immediate support through the Kent and Medway Mental Health Crisis Line (111, option 2).

The Tunbridge Wells Safe Haven provide drop in from 6pm to 11pm daily. They offers emotional support, information, and assistance in creating staying well and crisis plans.

For ADHD
NHS Support:

GP Referral: If you suspect you have ADHD or its symptoms are impacting your life, start by making an appointment with your GP.

Assessment and Diagnosis:
Your GP may refer you by "Right to Choose" to our service for a full ADHD assessment. We will request you complete an informant and personal questionnaire as well as ASRS before the interview and to come prepared.

Treatment Options:
If diagnosed, treatments may include medication, psychosocial interventions, and peer support groups.

Offers adult ADHD services with specific contact information for referrals and general inquiries.

Provides information and support services for ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
